I agree that the system is badly broken. Unfortunately, all the legislative
effort seems to be concentrating on illegal aliens, not on all the problems
with legal immigration. Labor certification is indeed a farce. I agree
points would be better. It's not the only problem, though. Dependent visas
that ban working are more in tune with the 19th century than the 21st.
