Hi,

I think I am eligible to submit the N400 now. I have been in the US
legally since 1992, and got my greencard in May 2001. I made a few
trips back home since I got the greencards, but overall less than 30
months, and not any trip longer than 6 months. I also have resided in
San Jose since 1992.

I have been outside the US for some personal matters for the past 2
months ... can I submit the N-400? In the section about trip outside
US, what should I fill in the ccurrent trip, since I am not back in the
US yet.

I noticed that Sylvia Ottemoeller has been provided some accurate
pointers, would you give me some ideas please.
