Is your EAD filed on the basis of a marriage-based adjustment of status?
If so, the wait time lately is going for the full 90 days, or more. It
doesn't matter what city you live in when you file the I-765, they get
processed at one central location in the USA.
Unfortunately, you may end up waiting the full 90 days and then going to
an Infopass appointment for an interim EAD. Have you had your
biometrics done yet?
