The final answer should come from your lawyer, I was in a similar
situation in may of 2003 and ended up leaving the country because my
lawyer did not consider this enough and did not file 7th year
extension. Since then, I have spoken to two other attorneys who believe
this was a mistake on my (now fired) lawyer's part. Your milage WILL
vary, do speak to your lawyer and get a second opinion just in case.
