My fiance is coming to the US. When he proposed we were supposed to
meet but weather and time constraints didnt allow it. I was told I
could submit the papers for Fiance Visa while he is in the states, and
then he has to go back to Portugal for interview and medical. I am
confused as everyone says something different.
He is coming to visit and I thought of surprising him and getting
married. Will that affect the immigration process for me submitting
the !-130. Wouldn t he be protected under LIFE? We just dont want to be
apart for more time.
