Hi:

"LIFE" has nothing to do with it. If he comes here on that visit --
make an appointment to see an experienced immigration lawyer and discuss
the issues.

No smart lawyer will discuss the issues ON LINE in a public newsgroup.
At least THIS lawyer won't touch those issues with a "10 foot pole."
