There are a lot but it also depend on how the markets works and supply
and demand.

To give a few of examples: Engineering (Electrical is hotter than
others), Construction Management, Accounting, Pharmarcy, Programmer
(nowadays not directly by the empoyer but by consulting agencies).

Basically, H-1 is for skilled person in a particular field. Recent laws
chnages favors those wifh graduate degrees. Note that there is no quota
limit for teaching at educational institutions.
