ok my case is a bit complicate...
I got married august 2005 and my husband applied to imigrate
me throught I-130 our aplication is approved by now, but we are having many problems in fact he left me :blush: he said he's going out of the country. Well our problems began the day he stoped working he said I should sustain him since I was going to get my green card because of him, so I started paying the rent, food, phone etc. So i got tired of this and i todl him that he needed to get a job, so i stopped giving him money and he started using our account to pay for his things, so i stopped the deposits to the account he got ovedrawl a lot fo times so he uses his checks to go to buy groceries, I closed the account and he continue using the checks even when he knew there won't be money. So we had been like this for more than five months he lost his car because he didn't pay it, and I gave him money to buy a new car he didn't do it so he's now saying that he's gonna use that money to move out of the country. He says if he get arrested he's gonna say our marriage was fake. furthermore he stole me $2000.00 before he left. I don't know what to do I'm so sad :(
