Hi:

An internet NG is not the place to ask about this. I would not hazzard
an opinion without actually seeing the paperwork.

Also, you seem to think that if you are pursuing a particular I-140 that
you are not allowed to concurrently seek alternative methods of
immigration. It is a fallacy I have often seen among aliens -- as you
note, there IS a demand for nurses.
