There are no travel restrictions while your N400 is being processed.
However you must declare all your absences from the US at the interview
including those taken while N400 was being processed. Another thing is
make sure you do not miss any BCIS appointments because you were out of
the country and did not receive the notice. (perhaps have a friend or
relative check your mail and notify you of any upcoming appointments
while you are away). FYI, most BCIS offices will not schedule an
interview until the background check is complete.
