Sorry, my language was imprecise and possibly misleading. Apologies, I
only just noticed. The OP is eligible for natz, but the criminal
conviction comes into play with regard to the five years of GMC.
Apolgies to the OP if I upset or worried them. I was trying to point out
that although there was the potential for denial, it would be worth
consulting an attorney in a proper client capacity.
