His relative? It's been done that. A friend of mine from Turkey, in
order to get waived form servign in military, he needed to work for 2
years oversea and pay tax. Isn't that nice how rich people get away
with things. In his case, his wife family was rich. He happened to have
a degree in Business Adminstration and his brother-in-law owns a
convenient store and a car workshop.
