It's not a big problem for these students if they get us legitimate
citizens and tax payers to finance their US education that way, and
then take their diplomas back over the border to get employment there.
Think about it from their perspective: a diploma from Yale or Harvard
seems a much more valuable asset then a diploma from the university of
Aguascalientes. |
