you have not posted any details of your case or your husband case . what
is the present status of your Husband?are you on H1 and H4?? he should
have got I-94 till his Visa stamp that is valid till 2009. FYI if you go
to Canada/Mexico they dont ask your I-94 if you want to give your I-94
to Canada immigration they will take it and then you can get new I-94
when you enter US. I dont know your case details
as you ask about EAD it seems your I-485 is pending. FYI USCIS says
always file EAD, AP 6 months advance.
