I485: What now? Posted on: Thu, 15 Feb 2007 04:16:39 +0000 (UTC)

Alright, I think I'm reaching the saturation point of my patience with
waiting for the !485 current dates to move.
For my category(India EB3) they've been struck for the last three
months with no movement. At this rate, it might
take about 6 years for my Priority date to become current.

Is there any hope in sight?
Would the Immigration Reform bill make any difference to this process?
Are there any big dates and events we should be watching out for?
A few of my friends have applied for Labour with priority dates in
2006, it might take them about 15 years to get current for 485! It
surely isnt pratical for this many people to wait this long.

I just want some information, any information.
The media hasnt covered this story at all.
I think this is a legitimate news story with these many people in
limbo.

Any thoughts?

Cheers,
Lax
