I don't think you want two companies applying for H1B visas on your
behalf. First, you can only ever have two of them and who knows what
would happen if you slip through the red tape and GOT two. They're
only good for three years.
The companies can't even file until April 1st. Tell one of them you
aren't interested. Take the other one and if you change jobs, have
them file a CHANGE OF STATUS for the H1B not a new one.
