What ban?
Look in your passport, and at that paper again and make sure you have
the numbers and letters correct. Use google, it is your friend. You can
get a more precise search by looking at the INA/Immigration and
Nationality Act--your numbers and letters are a specific section of the
act that explain why you were not admissible. This will help you learn
if there is a a ban, and waiver available.
There is NO help line from the USCIS that be any use to you. If you can
not decipher the situation on your own (it is complex, no shame there),
then please call a lawyer and get a pro's help.
