Get real and get off the pity pot. If you didn't want to have a
criminal record why did you do the crime. Pity sake ... get a
life already.

Right and the moon is made of green cheese. With a criminal record,
expunged, yours will not be dismissed with means you were found innocent
of the crime, you need a B-2 tourist visa to enter the US. You will not
be arrested, held for questioning, beaten with a rubber hose or made to
watch excerpts from the last presidental speech.

Come up for air out of that pity pot or you'll drown. You don't mention
the crime you committed but if it is considered a misdemeanor and not a
felony you don't deserve the arse kicking you're giving yourself.

Unless, of course, you are a troll. And if you're not, please do not
come to the US to practice medicine. We don't need someone who falls
apart in a bad situation tending out sick.
