Reagan didn't have anything to do with it. He supported an Amnesty
that included strict enforcement - no more Illegals after that.
Congress passed the Amnesty and blew off passing the enforcement part
- they bought off by corporate doners and corrupt business interests.
Nothing wrong with Reagan, he was completely sincere at the time.

Out here were still trying to figure out why liberals are completely
in bed with corporate interests and the wage-depressing business
agenda.
