I guess I don't really have one as such. I just wanted to know how
people deal with such issues when they are so far away from their
children. But if my petition is approved and I know I have to file AOS
in front of an IJ. Does anyone know if they decide there and then or is
it then sent on to say Vermont again to be processed. I am wondering
because of applying for AP. Would I be allowed to do this? At least I
could then see my son. I'm so sorry, everything is a bit of a mess.
