Exactly. Of course I dont intend to lie, all i want to do is find the
best way for me to get into the US legally without causing lots of un-
necessary grief. From all this advise I have decided to go to the
embassy and try for the visa, and quite frankly with this being the ONLY
thing I have ever done wrong anywhere, and the fact Im sorting out as I
should if I lived in the US, I feel it would be fairly ridiculous for
them to refuse a visa, or offer the adivse that im fine to go on a
waiver. But you never know, and its nice to have a fall back incase they
do decide to be un-reasonable, i.e the waiver.
