F1 Visa...each uni have their own requirements, you'll have to pay
international rates, and cost of application could be waived, or cost
between $50-100 a pop...each place would probably charge between $15-
100K a year depending on the course and institution...and as a F1 visa,
you won't be allowed to work in the first semester, and then after that,
only part time on campus.

partner would either have to be your married spouse to get F2, or get a
visa in own right.
