We are about to file for an ajustment of status(I-485). Im just confused
co'z I already had my medical exam in the Philippines before going here
in US since Im holding a K3 (spouse)visa. Do I need to submit a I-693 or
can I just submit my vaccination documentation worksheet from the
Philippines?:confused:

I hope someone would help me on this plsssssssss.
