ok well we were sending all of his paperwork in the same day and was
never told there was a deadline. two days before we went to send in all
of his paperwork he was picked up by Immigration. so therefore he's out
of the detention center now. we were told by the lawyer that we had
that we were to just send in the I-130 now and wait for it to be
approved. he says because my husband was in the detention center and
was released on bond that we have to send in each document separately.
i think i might have gotten screwed by the lawyer so i had him
dismissed.
