I understand why you're concerned. But my questions was, since he's
here in the USA with you, what paperwork did you actually file? It
should have been an I-130, I-485, I-864, G-325A's, plus supporting
documents...and also I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP if you wanted
those options.

But you're only questioning the I-130, which I find unusual...and that's
why I was wondering why you're ONLY asking about the I-130, and not
about the entire AOS package.
