Thanks Ray,yes we did know that but as a mum i am hopeing he will go on
to college as it's seen as almost compulsory in the US if you want to
get anywhere in life.That's if our application goes ok to get there in
the first place!
I am hopeing that the Embassy will be considerate to the fact he is a
juvenile and that the offence was not the worst thing a kid can
do,although i hate grafitti just as much as anyone.
Does anyone know if they do a criminal records check on kids? I think
they do on anyone over 14,especially if it's recorded on the
application?
