The employer applies for the Visa, not you.

They can pay for premium processing, but applications for next years
quota can not be submitted until 1st April, they are usually gone in a
month or so.

Start date would not be until the 1st October.

Not many schools will wait or bear the cost of the process, first you
would need to find a willing employer, quickly.
