Subject: litwin associates: honest immigration service Posted on: Mon, 12 Mar 2007 04:53:15 +0000 (UTC)

Hi,

I will feel guilty if I don't put good reviews about Edward Litwin,
immigration lawyer.

Our I-485 was stuck with USCIS CSC for more than five year (receipt
date: oct 5th, 2001). We tried everything on our end like contacting
senator Diane Fienstein, FOIPA enquiry, Calling USCIS customer line,
etc etc ....multiple times. My wife is a muslim and has a very common
muslim last name, thats the excuse other attorneys gave us. After five
years of patience, we decided to file writ of mandamus against USCIS
and FBI. We contacted multiple lawyers in bay area in this regard.
Most of the lawyers have no or very limited experience with these type
of cases, others were more interested in listening abt money than
reviewing the documents.

Somehow, luckily, we found Litwin associates website and decided to
conatct them via email. To our surprise Edward Litwin was giving us
good advise over email, so we decided to get the consultation. During
consultation, Edward was very thorough and polite. He took all the
documents and ask for some time to review. After 7 days he called us
for another appointment (this one was free). He gave us excellent tips
(it will be cheating to share them here) based on very thorough review
of our documents. He told us if we want, he can file our case. We were
very satisfied with his experience and very desparate due to 5 years
of waiting but We decided to implement some of the suggestions from
Litwin and to our surprise we got our I-485 in TWO WEEKS!!! It was
unbelievable.

We can't thank Litwin associates enough for very honest service. We
only paid them consultation fee, but later on offered them some
compensation, which they gracefuly declined. BTW, I used that money on
"operation smile"

I hope that other law abiding immigrants those who legally moved and
contributed to great nation, USA can use this post to contact litwin
associates in bay area.

God bless them!
