You are talking nonsense. Having a child that is a US citizen does not give
you any rights to apply for US citizenship. The only way to do this is to
wait until the child is 21 and can sponsor you. Also - you won't get
citizenship right away, first you will get a Green Card and will have to
wait 5 years before you can apply to become a US citizen.

Are you writing about yourself or the child? You are not obliged to apply
for US citizenship, you are not entitled to it anyway at the moment. As for
your child - it already has US citizenship and there is not much you can do
about it.
