So is my friend's I-94 says d/s 210 new 257, I thought there was a rule
about not being banned if it had that on the form or is my friend
wishing for to much here.
Also can someone tell if this is true that if you overstayed on a non
immgrantant visa you can still renter on the program waiver becasue you
are no reapplying for an NIV.
