My Attorney told me that I wasn't convicted of shoplifiting but I plead
Guilty for misordering in store(which ha a minimum effects on
immigration proccess)and for this I fined $2000,so they ungraded my case
from shopliftig to misordering without any community servce or jail or
supervision. My attorney said this amont of fin is very high and strange
but it's the strategy of the Millburn judge for shoplifting.
do you think I have a problem with immigration and getting Green
card?or when I decide to change my status from H1 to F1 it will be
problem for me?
