Subject: Where to file I-130 and I-485 Concurrently? Posted on: Thu, 29 Mar 2007 15:10:13 +0000

Forgive me if this is listed on another thread but i've tried to read
through as many pages as I can and so far i haven't came across it.

It says we can file I-130 and I-485 concurrently. However it says on
the instructions that I-130 is to be mailed to your service center
(Texas for me) and the I-485 is to be mailed to a lockbox in Chicago.
Shouldn't they be sent together to the same place? Or should we file
the I-130, wait for the NOA and send a copy of that with the I-485? I
just thought it would be easier to send everything together so nothing
gets lost, but I don't know which address then to mail everything to.

I'm new to this site and any advive would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
