If anyone could answer my second question in this post it would help.
Specifically, Can I changes jobs in the next one month when my H1 is
still in processing(premium)?

i.e I would get a TN1 with my new employer. Then what happens if the
H1-B is approved? Can I transfer it to the new employer and change
status from TN1 - H1-B as soon as its approved? Is this right or is
there other issues I am not aware of?
