Hi Meauxna - Yes, I had forgotten about the annual waterfront one too!

My son had his oath ceremony in the Portland (POO?) office. I don't
remember why but I wasn't able to attend. The way he described it he was
disappointed. He said they got to watch a video of Pres. Bush welcoming
them as citizens.
At the Federal Courthouse ceremony the judge gave a fine speech, also a
speech by a rep. from the League of Women Voters, and a speech by a
federal official who was a naturalized USC.
If I'd been able to choose though - I would have picked the first
available ceremony!
