I have worked in US on H1B few yrs ago, I then moved to Canada became
a Canadian Citizen after a few yrs, i got a job in US, since then
working on a TN visa. I am tired of renewing it every yr, so decided
to move to H1B. Can I apply for H1B and get into the old H1B quota or
need to wait for the new quota(2008) ?
