hi,
i m a canadian citizen and living in canada i was at the airport
today at u.s custom office to file my us waiver thing but they didt
let me file it cuz my paper was not complete,they gave me the u.s
waiver thing 3 years ago almost but i havnt apply of it once,when i
was talking with custom officer he said that i should go for I-212
and i can get the form and other thing on online he said i can file
it online,he said that i was overstayed in usa for 3 or so years and
al long i dont have any criminal record i can apply for i-212,and if
i get approved,then i m gonna get the permission for atleast 5 to 10
years and he said the process alot quicker then u.s waiver so
my question is that,that what is i-212 thing and how can i apply for
file for that online is there any webiste for that or i have to download
forms manually,and the most important thing where do i have to send the
application forms and what about fingerprint,do i have to send my
fingerprints too (rcmp),plus do i have to send other papers too like
bank statment,job letter pay stubs etc ,etc if someone have any
information about that please reply
plus i like to know how long does it take to get approved and what are
the chances of approval is that easier then u.s waiver thing,
