my family and i applied for permanent residency on a i 130 jan 05, we
got told it would take for years for visa's to become available, but
when i go online to check out processing times it never changes from
april 01. this means its going to take at least 6-7yrs, surely this
can't be right. if it is, is there anything we can do to speed the
process up?, or could we apply to get temp visa's while it becomes
available?
