Subject: Birth Certificate Posted on: Tue, 12 Jun 2007 15:52:26 +0000

Hi,

I need to send my British birth certificate to the U.S. immigration
department. I was told that I do not need to send the original (because
it's tough to get it back) as long as I have some type of notarized
statement or certification that explains it's a real birth certificate.
Does anyone know how and where (in NY) I can get done?

Thanks!
