no my wifes father is a usc, that makes him our sponsor. i'm sorry i
confused you by saying my wife filed the i 130, my father in law filed
for is married daughter. writing this i'm getting confused myself. all i
know is when i check online there is no movement from april 01, why is
this? is there any other way we can join her father sooner? thankyou for
your response anyway.
