Subject: From Green Card to Visitors Visa Posted on: Tue, 12 Jun 2007 18:45:52 +0000

Hi,

My parents got their Green Card last May 2006. They are both in
California and have no jobs and living with a cousin. We, their children
are all married and are not in the USA. Therefore, my parents are on
their own and getting bored, missing their grandchildren who are in far
away countries.

My parents would like to adjust their green card status to
tourist/visitors visa status. Would that be possible? They wanted to go
back to their homeland and just go to the US for a visit and not to stay
in the US permanently anymore.

Please advise how could this be resolved.
