Thanks Ian - that was what I was pressuming. We have a trip planned in
September, which is why I thought it was safe to apply now as nothing
will happen before then. My parents love to see the grandkids so we try
to get over a couple of times a year and I was just trying to get an
idea of when we would next be able to make it! It's the current wait
for the passport once you're a citizen that's the pain!!
