Your personality is terrible and you cannot relate to American
culture. In American workplaces, what job skills you know is not
nearly as important as your ability to network and please your
coworkers and bosses. People might stand around the water cooler to
discuss the NBA finals or recent MLB games. You deliberately leave
yourself out of this networking by ignoring American culture. You
probably follow soccer (what you might call football) or cricket,
something nobody in America cares about. You're a garbagemouth, using
profanity where it's not needed. The only reason managers like having
Hindustani around is the Hindustani are brown-nosers. A smart manager
wouldn't like having sycophants around, but many managers are idiots
and like having their arses kissed. Most male managers in the USA are
whipped; their wife dominates them socially so they try to be friends
with people at work. They try to force grunt workers to have lunch
with them and other harrassment.
