A drivers license is a benefit and privilege which should be illegal
under 8 USC § 1621 forbidding benefits and services to illegals. The
list of silly excused you have given below is a sham. Law abiding
citizens are required to prove their citizenship all the time. You have
to provide a birth certificate when you get a passport, for example. It
is a simple procedure.

I will read the task force study to see if it adds any useful info.
