I'd say next to nothing.
On this matter, I'd guess that citizens distrust at least 55% of the
Legislative branch, 100% of the Executive Branch, and probably 35% of
the Judicial Branch. Plus the State Legislatures and state law
enforcement are semi powerless even if they wanted to do something.
Seems to most they'll do a little for 2 months, then push through the
same bill as before and kill whatever border security efforts they
put in place.
