Subject: Starting my company on temp working visa Posted on: Sat, 15 Sep 2007 00:28:34 +0000 (UTC)

My wife and I are both on H1Bs. We submitted our I485 application
through her company. We received temporary employment cards and
advance parole documents. We have not yet received the "final" green
card.

Questions:
1) Can I start a company in the US (I believe the answer is yes)?
2) Can I travel abroad?
3) How would I adjust my status (H1B would become void so what Visa
would I need?).
