The guy broke the law by coming here illegally and taking an American's job.
He then worked for 11 years and broke the law by PAYING NO TAXES. He then
broke the law again by attempting to sneak the money out of the country
without paying custom duties. He then had his illegally obtained money
confiscated.

I think he got what he deserved.
