Why not? And why should it? Just because you want it to?

What's stopping you?

Why not, exactly? What mechanisms have you tried?

Why not in your case in particular? There is a variety of mechanisms=20
which allow qualified foreigners to work in the USA, and they are widely =
used.

Not at all; if this is so important to you, and there is no way for you=20
to be with her in the USA, why doesn't she leave the USA?

Of course it does, for both Permanent Resident immigrants and for=20
temporary residents such as students. Why, exactly, can you not take=20
advantage of the various mechanisms available to people in your position?=

Why? How come there are these restrictions which appear to apply=20
individually to you which don't apply to anyone else?

That's your and your fianc=E9e's choice.

Again, how come there are these restrictions on you which don't apply to =
anyone else in the world?

You and your fianc=E9e had and have choices and options. If the one which=
=20
suits you both the best isn't available, that's unfortunate; but many=20
people can't have exactly what they want for many reasons.

It's not at all clear why you should expect a country you hate to=20
welcome you in.

You seem to be a hate-filled person. |
