You got a lot of people up here that are working jobs Americans aren't
willing to do. There are not a lot of Americans who want to pluck
chickens. I don't know what they're doing on your place, but I'm sure
it's hard work and it's hard to find workers. But if you find somebody
who's got a hungry family, it's amazing how hard they'll work.
