Ron Paul would eliminate birthright citizenship which means that simply
being born on US soil would not make you a citizen anymore than diplomat's
children born in the US are citizens. The US is the only country on earth
that permits this. You're a Natural Born citizen if one of your parents was
a citizen, regardless of what part of the earth you were born on.
