hello everyone - I will appreciate any advice on this matter.
My husband and I married about 2 years ago and went thru the AOS
process where I obtained my 2 year conditional permanent residency
card. This was in March 2006. Since then, our marriage has hit some
challenges - we spend a lot of time apart and have decided to
separate
(divorce). We have both found love outside of our relationship. I
know
that I can apply for removal of conditions as soon as the divorce is
final. My question is this - if (I think there is a small chance) but
if, my case is denied, I would like to know what my options are. The
person I have met has hinted that he would propose to me if I were
available. I love him and I believe we would be a much more
compatible
couple and people who will raise a strong family. What if my case is
denied - could we get married and proceed?
